  This is my last visit to Sally's. 3 visits ago the sales associate (who needed to purchase some new clothes for herself) asked me if I wanted a Sally's card for discounts. I said sure. After obtaining a ton of my personal information, she gave me my total. She didn't inform me the card cost $5.00. "You should have informed me," I said.
  And on the past THREE visits every single one of the sales associates were taking a personal phone call while checking me out at the register. Very unprofessional. If you want to feel invisible... go here.
