  Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I am so glad I did not move here. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund on my security deposit ($1000), or just an update on the status of the refund and nothing. They have not returned calls or given me any kind of update. I am completely pissed and can not believe this is happening. I work as a Leasing Agent and I know firsthand the average turnaround for a refund of and sort. But this here..... I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life. If I don't get a response soon, I will be filing a lawsuit.
