  First Choice should be your LAST choice. Absolutely the worst experience. I can not say it more clearly: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Customer service reps do not return calls. Supplies do not get ordered. Regardless of your insurance coverage they will try to get you to have a credit card on file that they supposedly "won't charge but will instead call you two weeks prior to charging for anything insurance doesn't cover". Riiiiiggght...took them exactly a month from their initial voice mail to me, and 9 voice mails from me before I even got to talk to an actual human representative who told me this--and then only after I called and complained to the main office that no one was returning my calls. And they want you to trust that they'll call you before charging your credit card? STAY FAR AWAY.
  
  ***UPDATE #1: April 2018: They STILL call me every 6 months to "remind" me it's time to reorder supplies even though I have repeatedly called and asked that my number be removed from their call list the past 3 times they've called. Haven't been a patient in well over a year now. Almost two.
  
  ***UPDATE #2 :OK, so now these idiots have sent me another patient's supplies (Granted--nearly identical names--but still) with an invoice with the other individual's identifying information inside the package--their name, address, phone number, DOB, height, weight, patient ID number, Medicare eligibility noted, and secondary insurance status, and, ironically, even a notation that the person has a HIPAA signature on file. For those who aren't familiar---that would be this: HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) is United States legislation that provides data privacy and security provisions for safeguarding medical information.
  REALLY? Come on...makes you wonder who will end up with YOUR personal information, doesn't it?
  Better Business Bureau, here I come.
