  My family saw both doctors and both were great. One of the receptionists is less than friendly. Both times she made us feel like we were taking up too much time. Today while I was back getting finishing up my exam my nearly 16 year old daughter had my younger children. One of them got hurt and cried for a few minutes. (Her toenal got ripped off.) I apologized for the noise and she let me know that it was quite honestly too much noise.(It was not that loud and she had gotten hurt.) I again apologized that she got hurt and made too much noise. She still seemed annoyed.
  The first time she seemed perturbed my child tried on nearly all the glasses. The rest of the staff is very sweet and smiley. The doctors were wonderful.
