  I called this company for a wig fitting and prostetic and was told that they will not provide the fitting without charging me a $20 consultation fee. This is a covered benefit for me. I was told that the consultation was required for the fitting and it is not covered by Tricare, Lashonda stated that the consultation was for diet, exercise, lifestyle, treatment concerns, breast exams and etc. I explained to her that I was only interested in the fitting and not the other educational information since I get that from my provider and she said they still have to charge the fee or would not be able to do the fitting. I am very upset by this, I feel like this company is taking advantage of my condition and is defrauding the government by charging this fee to Tricare beneficiaries.
