  Extreme lateness, overly expensive, rudeness and just an overall bad experience!
  I can say I honestly made a mistake when calling the servicing plumber (Dave) about recent job he did on the tub faucet. It turns out the faucet placement was installed incorrectly before he reinstalled the replacement, but at that point we had just got used to using it like it was before. So when it was actually put in the "right" way it was awkward to say the least.
  Instead of calmly explaining to me, he yelled and hung up on me! I found the owner's attitude wasn't much better. He was very cold and failed to even apologize for the incident, only promising that someone else would come out to look at it the next day (didn't happen)! Well there goes $338 I spent for a faucet repair that I probably could have got done cheaper by a more respectable establishment…NEVER AGAIN!
