  I have been Training with Patty 2 days a week for over a year. I love the dedication and hard work she provides in every workout. I started using very light weights and have progressed so much in a years time. The environment is friendly and social. Patty offers advice on a balanced lifestyle. If I tell her that scale isn't moving, she will want to see what your eating. She practices what she preaches and you can see in her own physique. She recently competed and won her pro card! It was awesome to see her weekly progression with dieting and exercise. Very inspiring individual who loves what she is teaching!
