  Townhouses are in utter disrepair. Incompetent management and maintenance crew make this place an absolute hell hole to live in. We have been told for over a year that the black mold issue in our bathroom would be repaired. They used the wrong caulking on our tub resulting in severe water damage behind the tub. They ordered a new tub facing for us only to install it in other units instead...twice. Rats, roaches, holes under the cabinets allowing outside air in, you name it despite keeping a pristine home. They refuse to do ANYTHING about it. I have sent multiple emails with pictures only to be ignored. DO NOT LIVE HERE. After several years, I am happy to say we will be moving out of this dump soon.
